• Shikha Garg works on trial and appellate matters, including complex commercial disputes, intellectual property and bankruptcy-related litigation. Shikha is involved in all phases of these cases. Her work includes drafting complaints, motions, briefs, cert petition briefing and other filings; managing discovery; arguing pretrial and summary judgment motions; first- and second-chairing fact and expert witness depositions; and serving as a member of trial and appellate teams. Shikha recently argued a breach-of-contract appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

    Shikha dedicates significant time to pro bono work, including representing parties filing amicus briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court and courts of appeals on immigration, veterans and environmental law issues, as well as representing a veteran in obtaining disability benefits.
