Sophie Perus advises lenders (banks, private debt funds and alternative debt providers) as well as sponsors and borrowers on structured and specialist finance transactions in domestic and international markets.

Mainly focused on banking, acquisition (unitranche, senior, second lien, mezzanine) and structured finance, Sophie’s work also extends to asset finance and real estate finance. She also has strong experience in restructuring and tax lease financings.

Represented Bpifrance in the implementation of a unitranche financing for the acquisition of the Edukea group by 21 Invest.
Represented Novi 2, managed by Eurazeo Investment Manager (formerly Idinvest Partners), on their debt investments and recently in the Edelweiss group.
Represented Crédit Agricole (CRCAM La Réunion) in the financing of a multiplex cinema complex in La Réunion.
Represented Viseo in setting up a unitranche financing granted by Blackrock.
Represented Perwyn in connection with the unitranche financing of the Isla Delice group.
Represented Zencap Asset Management in a senior secured financing for Federation Entertainment.
Represented Pathé Group in connection with their syndicated and euro PP financing.
