Sydney L. Kane works on a wide range of federal, state and local tax matters. She assists clients with the tax aspects of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and other strategic combinations, as well as debt and equity financings.
Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Sydney worked in the tax practice of a leading global law firm headquartered in New York City. She previously worked as a senior associate in international tax for Big Four consultancies while pursuing her LL.M. in taxation.
