• Thomas E. Constance counsels and represents clients in connection with complex corporate and securities matters, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, tender offers, and proxy fights. Tom provides legal and transactional advice to a diverse group of clients, including banks, finance companies, hedge funds, investment banks, private banks and private equity sponsors, accounting firms and consultancies, and private and public companies.

    In addition to his responsibilities as co-chair of Kramer Levin, Tom serves as a director of The SASS Foundation for Medical Research Inc., Siga Technologies Inc. He also serves on the Barington Capital Advisory Board and the Trust Advisory Committee of Bank of America/U.S. Trust.
