• Vito Capotorto, chief of office services, coordinates and directs office services firmwide for Kramer Levin. On call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Vito provides both comprehensive daily facilities oversight and critical crisis management to keep Kramer Levin’s New York headquarters and the firm’s West Coast office functioning for our lawyers and staff, and for our clients.

    Vito is responsible for services contracting, acquisition of all furniture and equipment, and office supply and hospitality purchasing, including budgeting, delivery and distribution. He directs the maintenance, repairs and cleaning services, and coordinates and oversees office setup for partners, counsel and associates, including all office moves and transitioning for lateral hires, as well as the firm’s New York conference center.

    Vito’s role includes managing the mail, copy, messenger, page and fax services, including the ground-level service office at the firm’s Midtown Manhattan headquarters. He is also responsible for all records retention, including overseeing the firm’s Records department and coordinating off-site storage as well as timely and secure destruction of firm and client records.
