• Wadie Sanbar works primarily on banking and finance matters, advising French and foreign banks, financial institutions, funds, and corporations, as well as asset managers, particularly in cross-border and regulatory issues, internal control structure operations, negotiating and drafting contracts, and relationships with authorities, as well representing them in the context of business litigation and white collar criminal matters. Wadie also practices in the international arbitration field.

    Wadie is the co-author of a book on the subject Cross-border Banking and Finance Rights – Legal Aspects and Practices for Access into the French Market (Droit des opérations bancaires et financières transfrontalières – Aspects juridiques et pratiques de l’accès au marché français) (published in 2013). He has also written many legal publications on banking and financial cross-border issues.
