• Wilfried Robin works on banking and finance matters, including the legal structuring of investment vehicles and compliance issues in the capital market, asset management and banking industries, with specific interest in alternative finance and solutions (FinTech, CryptoFinance, crowdfunding and Islamic finance).

    Wilfried also works on regulatory banking and financial transactions, and assists banks, investment funds, and portfolio management with issues related to the creation of regulated institutions, internal organization, distribution of financial products and fund formation.
