2013 Benchmark Litigation Names Kramer Levin to the Top Tier of New York Litigation Firms and for Appellate Experience
In the 2013 edition of Benchmark Litigation, Kramer Levin was named in the top tier of litigation firms in New York, and nationally as a leading litigation firm. Partners Barry H. Berke, Nicholas L. Coch, Michael J. Dell, Gary P. Naftalis and Harold P. Weinberger were recognized as “Local Litigation Stars.” In Benchmark Appellate 2013, Kramer Levin was in the top tier of firms for the Second Circuit - New York. Michael J. Dell and Harold P. Weinberger were listed “Second Circuit Litigation Stars – New York.”
Of Mr. Naftalis, peers said “It’s no wonder that white-collar individuals of celebrity status still turn to him." Mr. Berke was observed by peers as “becoming the go-to guy for white-collar trial work.” Mr. Dell earned "resounding praise" and was cited as “a standout for appeals,” and Mr. Weinberger was noted as an “appeals-savvy practitioner” with specific mention of his victory in the Second Circuit of Appeals on behalf of Procter & Gamble in January 2012, with the Court refusing to grant plaintiffs leave to appeal an order denying their motion for class certification of false advertising claims brought against Procter & Gamble and others under the Lanham Act.
