Kramer Levin advised SCI E-Valley in its project to create the largest logistics platform in Europe. SCI E-Valley acquired the former BA-103 military base in Cambrai. The 550,000 m² logistics park will consist of eight buildings. The construction of the first four buildings was launched under a real estate development contract with Quartus. The laying of the first stone and the first tests of delivery by drones were already performed.
