  • The acquisition of FutureAdvisor, a robo-adviser based in Silicon Valley
  • The investment in Scalable, a robo-adviser based in the United Kingdom and Germany
  • The acquisition of Cachematrix, a leading provider of financial technology that simplifies the cash management process for banks and their corporate clients
  • The investment in iCapital, a financial technology platform that provides access to alternative investments for high-net-worth investors and their financial advisers
  • A transaction with Bank of America’s asset management business, BofA Global Capital Management, to transfer investment management responsibilities of approximately $87 billion of assets managed by BofA to BlackRock
