Campbell Mentioned in CityLand article on Green Design
Land Use special counsel Valerie G. Campbell was mentioned in the CityLand article "New Green Design Development Near Puck Building Approved" on April 17th. The Landmarks Preservation Commission approved CookFox Architects' issuance certificate to begin 'green' construction at 298-308 Lafayette Street. Demolition of the Puck Fair bar, Houston Car Care, a BP gas station, and a billboard will be required to erect the seven-story building. Ms. Campbell noted that special permits would be needed from City Planning, including one to allow for large retail spaces.
