Depomed Collects Three Wins in Patent Office Trial
Kramer Levin client Depomed secured three wins in a recent Patent Office trial against Purdue Pharma LP, which had claimed that two Depomed patents were invalid. The Patent Trial and Appeal Board issued three decisions on July 8, 2015, affirming the validity of the patents.
The Depomed team was led by Intellectual Property partner Paul Andre and included Intellectual Property associates Hannah Lee and Geoffrey Hu.
