Elise Wagner and Julia Wachter Named to New York Real Estate Journal’s 2019 Women in Real Estate

Land Use partner Elise Wagner and Real Estate special counsel Julia L. Wachter were named to New York Real Estate Journal’s 2019 Women in Real Estate list.

Elise was recognized for, among other things, her role in the sale of the ABC campus on West 66th St. and its acquisition of the rights to develop 4 Hudson Sq. She advised the client on numerous land and zoning questions associated with both properties and assisted in drafting legal documentation to consummate the deals.

Julia was recognized for, among other things, her role in structuring CIM’s Group’s mixed-use condominium development at 85 Jay Street in DUMBO and for assisting in bringing to market nearly $2 billion worth of residential new construction condominium inventory across the city this past year.
