Congress Enacts Additional Modifications to Paycheck Protection Program and Loan Forgiveness; Program Extended to Aug. 8
On Aug. 11, the Small Business Administration (SBA) released a new interim final rule addressing the process for appeals of certain SBA loan review decisions. This alert sets out a summary of the material changes to the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) made by the PPP Flexibility Act, the June 11 and June 22 interim final rules, the Revised Forgiveness Application, and the EZ Forgiveness Application.
