Gilbert K.S. Liu Named One of Crain’s 2022 Notable Asian Leaders

Securitization and Structured Finance partner Gilbert K.S. Liu has been named a 2022 Notable Asian Leader by Crain’s New York Business. Gil was cited for his role as chair of the Securitization and Structured Finance practice, and for spearheading advancements in the fight against climate change by acting as deal counsel for the first securitization of commercial and industrial solar assets. Crain’s also noted his service to the firm, as co-chair of Kramer Levin's collaboration and technology committees and as a member of the management committee overseeing business development strategy and lateral partner hiring. Also cited was his service on the board of directors and executive committee of Apex for Youth.
