High Crimes and Misdemeanors: Impeachment 2.0

Litigation partner and chief impeachment counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Barry H. Berke will speak at Harvard Law School Association of New York City and of Washington D.C.’s High Crimes and Misdemeanors: Impeachment 2.0 event on April 8, 2021. The panel, moderated by Harvard Law School Association president Christopher L. Mann, will also include Congressman Jamie Raskin, lead house impeachment manager, and Congressman Joaquin Castro, house impeachment manager, and will focus on the second impeachment trial of the 45th President of the United States.
