On Aug. 27, 2019, Kramer Levin client Bluespring Wealth Partners LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kestra Financial Inc., announced that it has acquired Believeland LLC, one of the independently owned financial planning and wealth management entities operating under oXYGen Financial Inc. Bluespring Wealth is a new business focused exclusively on acquiring experienced registered investment adviser and wealth management firms.
