Kramer Levin Advises Cariboo in Connection with First Fundraising Totalling € 170k

Kramer Levin advised Cariboo (www.cariboo.co/en/), a startup offering city guides based on the connection of travelers and locals, raised €170k from Sébastien Forest, founder of Allo Resto, and Klaus Nyengaard, ex-CEO of Just Eat, and ESSEC Ventures.

Through this fundraising, Cariboo aims to strengthen its Paris presence and gain exposure with a foreign audience.

Launched six months ago, the startup offers services in 63 cities, with the most community in Paris. Cariboo has officially been recognized by the Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau.

The Kramer Levin team was led by partner Hubert de Vauplane and counsel Marika Andréatos.
