Kramer Levin advised Innovo Property Group (IPG) on condominium aspects related to the acquisition, recapitalization and refinancing of 24-02 49thAvenue in Long Island City, Queens. IPG recently closed an over $400 million recapitalization on the property through an equity joint venture with Nan Fung Group and debt from Axonic Capital and affiliates of Athene Annuity & Life Assurance Company.
