The financing includes loan commitments for a $75 million revolving credit facility, a $640 million first-lien term loan and a $200 million second-lien term loan. Navigant is a specialized professional services firm with clients primarily in the healthcare, energy and financial services industries. Guidehouse, a Veritas portfolio company, is a leading provider of management consulting and strategic advisory services to government clients. The deal was announced on Aug. 2, 2019 and completed on Oct. 11, 2019.
