Kramer Levin Advises Oasis Outsourcing in $1.2 Billion Acquisition by Paychex Inc.
On Nov. 26, 2018, Kramer Levin client Oasis Outsourcing Acquisition Corporation announced that it has been acquired by an affiliate of Paychex Inc., a provider of payroll, human resource and benefits outsourcing services, for $1.2 billion. The deal closed on Dec. 21, 2018. Oasis is a professional employer organization (PEO) backed by Stone Point Capital LLC and Kelso & Company L.P.
