On July 1, 2019, Situs Group Holdings Corp. and American Mortgage Consultants Inc., each a portfolio company of Kramer Levin client Stone Point Capital LLC, announced that they have merged to create SitusAMC. The combined SitusAMC will employ 3,300 people in 27 markets in the U.S., Europe and India, with more than $175 billion of commercial assets under management.
