On April 24, 2020, Kramer Levin client VICI Properties Inc. announced that it has, along with Caesars Entertainment Corp., entered into an agreement to sell Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, to Twin River Worldwide Holdings Inc. for $25 million.
