Kramer Levin represented The Related Companies and Oxford Properties in registering and bringing to market their $1.7 billion offering of luxury condominiums at 15 Hudson Yards, the first offering among several mixed-use buildings planned at the Hudson Yards development on Manhattan’s Far West Side. Construction on the 88-story tower started in late 2014 and is projected to be completed in 2018. The building is scheduled to include 285 market-rate condos, ranging from one to four bedrooms and about $2 million to $30 million. It will include 106 affordable units as well as The Shed, a not for profit performing arts facility. 15 Hudson Yards continues Kramer Levin’s longstanding role in the development of the 28-acre Hudson Yards project, which has included extensive work in the planning and development of the site’s other mixed-use buildings—namely, 10, 20, 30 and 35 Hudson Yards. The Kramer Levin team for 15 Hudson Yards was led by Real Estate partner Jonathan H. Canter and includes Meigan P. Serle, Stephen R. Senie and lnge Hindriks.
