Kramer Levin served as deal counsel to Constructel Constructions et Télécommunications on its €20 million Euro PP bond issue, which will be assimilated and form a single series with the existing €35 million bonds issued on Sept. 27, 2018. Kramer Levin advised the issuer, the arranger and the investor on the TAP bond issue by Constructel Constructions et Télécommunications for a global amount of €20 million to be assimilated and form a single series with the existing €35 million bonds due Sept. 27, 2024, after having obtained the consent of the existing bondholders to amend the terms and conditions of the existing bonds, through a consent solicitation by written consent “consultation écrite,” introduced by the ordonnance n°2017-970 dated May 10, 2017, reforming the regime of the “Masse des obligataires.”

The bonds have been subscribed by an institutional investor and the transaction has been arranged by Aurel BGC.
