Kramer Levin has been named Overall Best Securitization Law Firm by GlobalCapital. The firm was recognized at the US Securitization Awards, held May 30, 2018, in New York. Kramer Levin also represented Renovate America, named Esoteric ABS Issuer of the Year, and was part of the deal teams for all the transactions nominated for Esoteric Deal of the Year, all of which were in the renewable energy space.
