Kramer Levin represented Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision Inc., maker of the TECNIS Symfony Extended Depth of Focus intraocular lens, in a successful challenge before NAD concerning advertising by Alcon Vision LLC. for its AcrySof IQ ReSTOR multifocal lenses.
