Kramer Levin represented Leading Pharma, LLC in its December 31, 2014 acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Excellium Pharmaceutical, Inc., as well as in connection with a private equity offering by Leading’s parent company. The Kramer Levin team was led by Corporate partner Steven M. Goldman and associate Jodi Rosensaft, and included Corporate partner James A.
