Kramer Levin has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Eagle Hospitality Trust (Eagle Hospitality Group). Through direct and indirect subsidiaries, Eagle Hospitality Group owns a portfolio of eighteen full-service premium branded hotels, all of which are located in the U.S. The U.S. units of Eagle Hospitality sought Chapter 11 protection in federal court in Wilmington, DE, on Jan. 18, followed by the Singapore REIT’s chapter 11 filing.
