Kramer Levin won the 2018 Global Financial Deal of the Year, Large at Global M&A Network’s 10th annual Global Markets M&A Atlas Awards, held June 5, 2018, in New York.
Kramer Levin was recognized for its representation of OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd. on the U.S. insurance and regulatory aspects of its $1.7 billion merger with Intact Financial Corp., the largest provider of property and casualty insurance in Canada.
