The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD)  has selected Corporate associate Renee Yao as a 2023 Fellow, and has named Litigation associate Dayna M. Chikamoto and Bankruptcy and Restructuring associate Megan M. Wasson as 2023 Pathfinders.

About the Fellow Program

Designed for lawyers with eight to 15 years of experience, the LCLD Fellow program is a landmark intensive year-long professional development program that connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel, managing partners and their peers for mentoring and career guidance. Selected by  leaders at LCLD Member corporations and law firms, the LCLD Fellows participate in training sessions and have opportunities to interact with key legal and business leaders of large U.S. corporations as well as managing partners from the country’s most prestigious law firms.

About the Pathfinder Program

A multifaceted program produced by LCLD, the Pathfinder program provides participants with practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, leadership skills and an understanding of career development strategies. Selected by leaders at LCLD Member corporations and law firms, Pathfinders have been identified as diverse, early-career emerging leaders who have distinguished—or have the potential to distinguish—themselves within their organizations.
