Mergers and Acquisitions in the Technology Sector Conference, Barcelona

Technology and IP Transactions partner Harry Rubin will moderate a panel discussion titled “Collaborations and Other Alternatives to Mergers in Tech” on March 29, 2019. The panel is part of the International Bar Association’s 4th Annual Mergers and Acquisitions in the Technology Sector Conference, being held March 28 – 29, at the Eurostars Grand Marina in Barcelona, Spain. Harry is a former co-chair of the International Bar Association’s Technology Law Committee.
