White Collar Defense and Investigations co-chair Paul H. Schoeman has been named one of The National Law Journal’s 2018 White Collar, Regulatory & Compliance Trailblazers. Paul’s career, which included two tours at the U.S. attorney’s office in the Eastern District of New York before coming back to Kramer Levin, was profiled in a special supplement to the May 1 issue of The National Law Journal. The profile also highlighted Paul’s success in numerous high-profile state and federal cases, including representing Michael Eisner in a civil case in Delaware Chancery Court and successfully defending two former Deutsche Bank brokers in one of the largest tax fraud trials in U.S. history.
