Profile: Leading Legals: New York’s Most Powerful Real Estate Attorneys

Land Use partner Elise Wagner has been named to the Commercial Observer’s Power 100, which recognizes individuals’ contributions to New York’s real estate industry.

One of only seven attorneys selected for the list, Ms. Wagner was cited for guiding clients through the city’s complex public review procedure when they purchase prominent development sites. Among her recent representations are the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation in a variance application to enlarge its headquarters; Culture Shed in relation to an arts center at Hudson Yards; and Madison Square Garden in extending its land use permit.
