Andrew J. Citron

Andrew J. Citron works on bankruptcy and restructuring matters, assisting in the representation of significant parties, including secured and unsecured creditors as well as debtors, in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings and other distressed situations. Andrew also works on municipal bankruptcies.

Andrew clerked for the Honorable Carla E. Craig, chief judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of New York, and for the Honorable Mary Kay Vyskocil, formerly of the Southern District of New York. Prior to joining Kramer Levin, he worked as an associate in the bankruptcy and restructuring practices of two global law firms.
