Danièle Darmon

Danièle Darmon advises and represents clients, including investment funds, asset managers, insurance companies and leading banks, in real estate transactions and lease management matters.

Her work involves asset management issues in the drafting and negotiation of all types of leases and real estate investments, including sales and acquisitions of real estate assets. She has also developed a particular expertise in regulated activities (such as the Hoguet law), activities related to classified installations for the protection of the environment and hotel agreements.
