• Emily Mandell works on bankruptcy matters.

    Emily returns to Kramer Levin after participating in the firm’s summer associate program, where her work focused on bankruptcy matters. She also assisted in a pro bono action before the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. During law school, Emily interned at the Criminal Defense Clinic of Lincoln Square Legal Services at Fordham University School of Law. She also has extensive experience in labor and employment matters, both as a legal intern with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor and, prior to law school, as an organizer on behalf of bargaining unit employees in New York and Texas.
