• Hamilton Drucker works on corporate matters. Hamilton returns to Kramer Levin after spending two summers participating in the firm’s summer associate program, where he worked with the Corporate practice. He also assisted in a number of pro bono matters and participated in a firm-sponsored legal outreach program, preparing high school students for mock oral arguments.

    Prior to law school, Hamilton worked as a corporate legal assistant in the capital markets practice of a New York City-based Global 50 law firm, assisting with public and private offerings of securities. During college, he volunteered extensively with the East Harlem Tutorial Program, where he developed lesson plans, tutored primary school students and supervised outdoor sports.
