Kramer Levin Advises Stone Point Capital and Prima Capital Advisors in Acquisition by Blue Owl Capital
On April 9, 2024, Kramer Levin client Prima Capital Advisors (Prima), a leading alternative asset manager in real estate finance majority owned by Kramer Levin client Stone Point Capital (Stone Point), announced that it has been acquired by Blue Owl Capital Inc. (NYSE: OWL) for aggregate consideration of $170 million, plus the potential for up to $35 million of earnout consideration. The deal is expected to close in the second or third quarter of 2024.
