Jennifer Weisser counsels and represents leading developers and investors in luxury and mixed-use commercial, retail and residential projects, with a particular emphasis on condominium developments. Jennifer brings her extensive residential real estate experience to her work in ensuring that the legal interests of sponsors are seamlessly represented across a portfolio of complex high-end condominium projects. She takes a highly skilled and proactive approach to the drafting and negotiation of purchase agreements, the resolution of disputes, and the facilitation of closings and legal matters. Jennifer additionally assists in the drafting and negotiation of condominium governance documents as well as supplemental amendments and filings for condominium developments. Jennifer also assists in the representation of clients in purchases and sales, joint ventures, debt financing, and commercial leases. Her work involves drafting and reviewing transactional documents, conducting due diligence and coordinating closing and post-closing activities.
