Kramer Levin Advises VICI in Acquisition of Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Flintstone, MD
On July 25, 2023, Kramer Levin client VICI Properties Inc. (VICI) completed its previously announced transaction to acquire an interest in the land and buildings associated with Rocky Gap Casino Resort located in Flintstone, MD, from Golden Entertainment, Inc. for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $203.9 million. Simultaneous with the closing of the transaction, Rocky Gap Casino was added to VICI’s existing triple-net master lease with Century Casinos, Inc.
