• Matthieu Djahièche assists, advises and represents French and international clients in civil and commercial business litigation, handling all phases of disputes (pre-litigation, negotiations between lawyers, amicable proceedings, judicial proceedings and enforcement proceedings). His work involves a wide range of disputes (unfair competition, contract disputes, breach of established commercial relationships, debt recovery, pretrial evidence proceedings) for clients in a variety of industries. Matthieu also assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of their commercial agreements.

    Before joining Kramer Levin, Matthieu worked as an associate for several years in another leading international law firm and completed several long-term internships, both in France and abroad.
