• Sébastien Pontillo is co-managing partner of Kramer Levin's Paris office. Sébastien advises private equity funds and investors on leveraged buyouts, development capital transactions and venture capital transactions in both domestic and international markets, as well as on complex international mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures.

    Sébastien lectures at Paris-Dauphine University and has been for several years a lecturer at HEC Paris (Grande Ecole) in corporate law and private equity.
