On January 28, 2015 was held the first meeting of the French High Committee for the Paris Finance Marketplace. Created by the French financial regulator (AMF) and the French central bank (Banque de France), his positioning and composition make him truly innovative. Independent, based on recognized expert opinion, it will allow anticipating international evolutions and clarifying the legal opinions of the Paris finance marketplace.

It aims at:

  • Proposing  projects for reforming the Paris marketplace in order to promote its legal competitiveness.
  • Assisting and accompanying public authorities in the negotiation of European and international regulation.
  • Strengthening the legal certainty while answering legal questions concerning all relevant stakeholders, both public and private.
