Kramer Levin advised fintech Rosaly in its 10 million euro fundraising. The investment was led by Fin Capital, a U.S. fintech fund, with participation from other venture capital firms, including The Treasury VC, FJ Labs and Kraken Ventures.

Launched in 2019, Rosaly is an on-demand pay fintech that offers companies a solution for the automatic management of advance payment requests made by employees, accompanied by a financial education tool for employees.

The funds raised will enable the company to develop its offer with new financial products (such as budget coaching, salary savings, cash back or even a bank card) and to extend its services to other European countries by the end of 2024.
