Kramer Levin represented Tikehau Ace Capital in its participation in Tehtris’ Series B fundraising, which brought in €44 million (including €36 million in growth equity). Jolt Capital, Open CNP and Naco also participated in the fundraising.

Tehtris develops and markets a cyber defense solution that detects and neutralizes in real time and without human action known and unknown cyber threats in companies and government agencies.

This round of growth equity is intended to accelerate the company’s development by enabling Tehtris to pursue its goals of massive recruitment (creation of 300 jobs), constant innovation in the development of solutions, and expansion of its workforce in the service of its customers and partners. Tehtris aims to help companies around the world fight cyber attacks that involve threats such as data hacking and ransom demands.
