Howard Spilko is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and co-chairman of the Corporate Department.  He has a diverse transactional-based practice with significant experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances, and general corporate matters, with an emphasis on middle-market transactions.

Mr. Spilko works with a broad range of clients from well-known large multinational companies to private equity firms, hedge funds and entrepreneurial ventures across many different industries.

He regularly speaks and writes about mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
