• Randal D. Murdock’s practice focuses primarily on advising public and private clients on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, software and technology transactions, and general business matters.

    Randal provides counsel to public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions and in stock and asset dispositions. He also represents issuers and purchasers of securities in registered offerings and private placements. In addition, Randal has significant experience advising clients in the areas of corporate governance, reporting and disclosure requirements, and financing arrangements. He also has advised clients in technology transactions, including software licensing, implementation and support agreements, and research and development agreements.
