• Antoine Reboulot advises borrowers, lenders (senior/mezzanine lenders and debt funds) and private equity funds on leveraged finance transactions.

    Before joining Kramer Levin, he worked as an associate in the finance departments of several international law firms in Paris.

    Antoine also teaches financing law at the University of Rennes (Master II International Business Law).
