• Nicole Chong advises and assists banks, investment banks, debt fund affiliates of private equity firms and other alternative lenders, as well as borrowers, in corporate and financing transactions, including acquisition and leveraged financings, asset-based lending transactions, complex syndicated loans and debtor-in-possession financings.

    Prior to joining Kramer Levin, Nicole worked at New York City-based law firms, advising and assisting on a broad portfolio of corporate and finance transactions that included aircraft sales, leases and financings. As an associate with one of the firms, she was seconded to a commercial airline leasing company.
